Re: Does BE hate ATI?

Re: Video Cards
No need to buy a fast processor these days. Just get a good overclocking one.
Just look at the 7300 for a good example of a great overclocking processor. It's got a 10X multiplier so if you have a...

Re: mapping the xbox 360 remote
Try mapping a controller button and not the axes to make sure the game sees it. When mapping an axes you need to click on the left hand part and not on the + or - part. + and - are for buttons and...

Re: mapping the xbox 360 remote
It should pick it up in game. Try mapping just a button first and see if it picks that up.
Have you had a look at the cfml files in:
C:\Program Files\CRS\Battleground Europe\Data\cfml
?

Re: Netwrok Error: Check Firewall settings
If there's one problem with CRS it's that they don't take problems like this seriously. A significant amount (by which I mean more then 4 or 5) of players are getting this problem.
Their priority...

Re: Netwrok Error: Check Firewall settings
checked in offline mode, worked fine. They must be screwing something up on their side as it worked fine for me yesterday.
I missed out on the attacks today because of this. The best I could do...

Re: Netwrok Error: Check Firewall settings
Started getting this yesterday, clicked Ok, game played fine. Didn't think any more of it, just a mild annoyance.
Today however I try to log in and as soon as I choose a persona the map screen...

Re: Smartheap Error - out of mem
Someone else on here was getting a smart heap error too.
The only thing straight off that I'd recommend trying is completely getting rid of the page file in Windows. Not sure how you do that in...

Re: Using a RAM Drive
I tried it but to be honest I didn't notice any significant improvement in loading times and even a possible reduction in game performance. That's with 3.25GB of RAM (4gb but with XP). I used 1GB for...

Re: should I order this PC for flying?
To put it simply, get this:

I can guarantee that layzboy would pick almost the exact same components. Though he might try and get...

Re: Anyone know much about XBox 360 and Live?
Yes. Wrap your Xbox360 in tinfoil then disconnect power, water and gas to your house. Do not go outside.
In other words, no, it's probably a failsafe on the 360 that goes back to the main...

Re: High fps problem
Haven't had this problem myself but I never go over 120fps and that's only when flying too.
Ramp your AA up, it'll probably have less of an effect in combat then v-sync would so you should still...

Re: Layzboy......overclocking
You can't change a Boot or System drive once you've formatted but you can change standard partitions.
I've got the same problem with my Windows now installed on my D drive, I'm not sure why it...
